Making A Purchase

  1. Whilst we try to ensure all prices and products are described correctly, errors may occur. In the event of an error in the price or description of the goods or the delivery charge, we will give you the option to cancel or continue with your order.
  2. Great care is taken to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions. In the event of an error in the description of an item, we will give you the opportunity to cancel or continue with your order. Design variations may occur since manufacturers continually change and improve on their products. E & O E
  3. Baths can sometimes be delivered without tap holes, even though the item description stated otherwise. Bath manufacturers sometimes do this since some people prefer to wall mount or would like the freedom to choose the location of taps. In this event, your plumber/installer will drill the holes since this is now very much a part of the bath installation process, and a replacement bath will not be sent. If you requested a bath without holes and have received one with holes, a replacement bath will be arranged at our cost.

Delivery Schedule

  1. All items require a signature on delivery. If the item is signed for by any other person, other than the named customer at the specified delivery address, the named customer is still responsible for the item and any other charges associated with it. Any instructions to our courier to leave the item with a neighbour or in garden etc are entirely at your own risk.
  2. It is our goal to deliver large items within 7-10 working days and small items within 3-5 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) from payment and completion of your order. Delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen events. Baths Baths Baths shall be under no liability or be held responsible for any consequential loss/damage as a result of failing to deliver within estimated timescales.It is our recommendation not to book a plumber/installer until your order has been delivered and checked.
  3. It is the named customer’s responsibility to ensure that the entire order is checked thoroughly BEFORE signing the delivery note. Claims for damages or shortages will NOT be entertained if our courier has obtained a clean signature or if we have not been notified at time of delivery. Signing the delivery note ‘unchecked’ will not suffice. Your goods are insured provided these guidelines are met. Items which have been damaged or not delivered will be replaced/dispatched as per the delivery timescales for that particular item. No compensation will be given in the event of delays/damages.
  4. If you have not received your order within the timescales stipulated, you must notify us by email. If our courier has left a card you must contact them directly. Some of our couriers require you to confirm whether the date they intend to deliver is acceptable, before they load the vehicle, it is the named customer’s responsibility to ensure acceptance of delivery date has been communicated to them and that someone capable will be present to help the driver with any large and bulky items. Any access problems or difficult to locate addresses must be notified to our couriers. If we have had an item returned back to Baths Baths Baths due to non communication on your part or no one was present to accept and sign for the item, you will be held responsible for the incurred and any additional delivery costs.
  5. You have the option of collecting your item from our warehouse in Hull, Please email us if you wish to do this, and we will contact you with collection details etc. Do not attempt to collect your order without prior communication with us.
  6. Baths Baths Baths or any of its associated suppliers shall not be liable for any financial, consequential or indirect loss suffered by the customer or any third party whether such loss arises from breach of a duly in contact or tort or in any other way including without limitation to the generality of this exclusion loss, loss of goodwill, loss of contracts, loss of data, damage to the property of the customer or anyone else (other than damage caused by the negligence of Baths Baths Baths or any of its employees, agents or subcontractors) and personal injury to the customer or anyone else (except so far as such injury is attributable to Baths Baths Baths negligence).


Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.


Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site or by Baths Baths Baths. Our fraud protection policy covers you against unauthorised purchases made through Google Checkout, and we don't share your purchase history or full card number with sellers.


Guarantee

  1. All items come ith a minimum 12 month manufacturer warranty, which covers parts and labour. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and not wear and tear or misuse or damage. We do not offer cash refunds for warranty claims. If your item cannot be repaired, we will replace it with an item of equal or greater specification. To process your claim we will require a copy of your invoice which acts as your proof of purchase. You are responsible for any shipping costs.
  2. All items must be installed by a qualified and competent plumber/installer and in accordance with the manufacturers instructions. Failure to do so, will void any warranty or claim.

Privacy Policy

Baths Baths Baths do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy

  1. Items can be returned for a full refund less delivery charges provided they are returned to our warehouse in original and resalable condition within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Cancellations must be communicated to us prior to dispatch of your order, otherwise delivery charges will apply. Any orders already left our wharehouse will be subject to delivery cost and 10% admin/restocking fee.
